Hello!
My name is Tanja and I have been a professional Massage Therapist since 2006. I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and Certified in Myofascial Release Massage Therapy. Working in a wide variety of wellness facilities over the years has allowed me to gain valuable experience in helping people heal their muscular pain and stress. I have been trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and Prenatal Massage as well as Reflexology and Trigger Point Therapy. Each massage is specially tailored to what you need that particular day, so you leave my table feeling rejuvenated and better than new!

  • One Hour Therapeutic Massage $80
     Whether it's pain relief, pure relaxation, body awareness or all of the above, your massage is tailored to what you need that particular day. Everybody is different, so I am dedicated to making sure your treatment gets you the best results every time.
  • 90 Minute Therapeutic Massage $110
    90 minutes of relaxing, pain-relieving bliss! An excellent idea if you are experiencing nagging tension or chronic pain. The longer session allows your muscles to really warm up so Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point techniques can work their magic! Knots be gone! 
  • Half Hour Therapeutic Massage $50
    This option is to provide targeted relief to a problematic area. If you feel pain and knots coming on, this is a great way to make sure you get these tension patterns addressed before they become disruptive to your life. This can be useful for treating headaches or neck pain for example. Not intended for a full body treatment.
  • Prenatal Massage (One Hour) $80
    A wonderful addition to your prenatal care! Pregnancy massage not only helps with the muscular discomforts that come with carrying a child. Massage can also safely reduce swelling, lessen sciatic pain, increase immune function and oxygen levels in the blood, and decrease anxiety. The massage table is set up with cozy sheets and comfy pillows to make mom feel like she's in heaven! 
  • Plantar Fasciitis Treatment (30 min.) $50
    You don't have to suffer the pain of plantar fasciitis anymore! Imagine stepping out of bed in the morning without that sharp pain in your feet! I massage the feet and lower legs using Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release Massage Therapy techniques. Your feet will thank you!
    ( Can also be added into a 90 or 60 minute massage session, which can be helpful if the tension is stemming from or effecting the hips and legs )
